Inside Customer Service Technician
Responsible for providing technical assistance via phone counsel to healthcare
and commercial dealers as well as commercial stores and individuals. Two years
of experience utilizing exploded views, wiring schematics, CRM software and
diagnostics over the phone. Preferred qualifications.
Mechanical Engineer
Create new product concepts, provide product documentation and bill of
materials, designing, prototyping and testing new products. Auto-cad software
experience required, Solid Works software knowledge a plus. This position
requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
